| I was always leery of contractors & ins. co (a necessary evil) until i used Generations to re-roof after hail damage.. They helped me (Stewart) work with insurance co & even got me a higher grade of roof & it was lower than the ins. adjuster's estimate!!! Plus they took the time & carefully cleaned up.. the right way... The job was professionally done, promptly & with great care, concern & the owner even stopped by couple weeks later to re-inspect a 2nd time!!! & he readjusted a spinning roof air vent, that I didnt even notice!!!.. Trust me, call these guys... you'll be grateful & glad you did 100% professional & honest!!! |
| I needed a old dilapidated 2 story garage turned into livable space for my parents. I wasn't sure it was possible much less feasible but Stuart came over and assured me it could be done. He drew the plans and even placed temporary boards so that I could see the room sizes. Once I agreed his employees got straight to work removing all the rotten wood from the walls bathroom and kitchen and installed all the electrical and air conditioning. I was present when the Fulton county inspectors came out for the inspections and one of them was so impressed he asked Stuart to come bid on his renovation project. The entire building was completed 2 weeks earlier than scheduled and didn't cost any more than the quote at the beginning even with a couple of changes I made. My mother needed a new roof. I called Generations Construction ans his was the third bid I was getting. When he called me
with the estimate he explained he had found hail damage and the insurance company should pay for it. I called the and
scheduled an appointment with them and the they did approve the claim.
My mother only gets Social Security and we weren't sure how she was going to pay for the roof. Neither of the other roofers
told us there was hail damage or offered to work with my mom's insurance.
Theres no need to call anyone else.

Great Customer service! My time was limited and they met with me in the early evening and then in
the early morning. The work was started when they said, and finished when they said. That was in
one day! I highly recommend using Generations Construction if you need work done around the
house! I will be using them again to finish my basement in December.

I have been a subcontractor for 8 years now. It is rare to find a general contractor that cares more about
the quality and safety of the job than about money. I want to apologize again for covering the termite
damaged wood. I have never worked for a contractor who replaced wall studs with that little damage.
I hope your confidence in me is restored after the rest of the job was completed. Now that I know what you
expect I will not make the same mistake again if you will give me another chance.
